Late night blues.

Well don’t the late night blues totally suck? The one time in the day where you’re totally alone in your own mind and everything just totally buzzes around and it feels like you’re head is going to completely explode.

I’m currently experiencing one of those late night blues and honestly wouldn’t it be so much easier if there was some kind of off switch right? It’s totally frustrating when youu can’t switch of and then comes the over thinking, the numerous scenarios about things, but then because you’re over thinking things become such a bigger deal than what they originally were.

Is there actually any way to deal with these late night blues? Maybe if some of youu lovely people would comment on this blog and perhaps give some tips they’ve used themselves to deal with them and what’s worked for them? Some support and advice would really be appreciated right now.

Late night blues totally suck arse; I know that I’m not alone in this so I guess that’s my reason for writing this specific blog😊!

  1. This was an awesome post! I’m actually experiencing “late night blues” right now. It sucks and you’re right, it’d be so much easier with an off switch! It’s really hard to stay with the late night blues. Sometimes, I write on my site openly about these “blues.” Sometimes I watch comedies to take my mind off of whatever it is my thoughts are. Sometimes I sleep it off or take a cold shower. Anything that can distract you and keep your mind busy with other things, basically.

    1. Well Thankyouu I really appreciate that bit of feedback:)! Yes! Wouldn’t it be so much easier if they didn’t even exist?! Which of those do youu find helps you the most if youu don’t mind me asking? I’ve tried my headphones tonight and turned my music up loud to drown out the thoughts in my mind; only sadly doesn’t seem to be doing much for me tonight!

      1. No problem. 🙂 It would! Someone should invent that, haha. I honestly find writing most helpful, but find that while writing, it may be difficult, at first. However, when I’m unable to focus because the blues are just too much, watching something helps a lot. Laughing can actually lead to me calming down and being able to write about it. But if I’m being completely honest, I probably do it all. Takes more time. A cold shower, comedy and then write.

Oh, I’m sorry that’s not working tonight! Maybe try watching something funny and then writing? I hope that helps you!

Oh, haha. I can understand that. It does suck, but it’s good that you know what doesn’t work so that now you can try new things that may work! Good luck! I’m definitely liking your blog. Definitely has lifted my blues for the night! So thank you for sharing!

I’m so glad to read that it’s helped to lift your blues, I was so nervous about starting my own blogs, wanted to for a while but sadly didn’t have the courage or confidence to do so, I didn’t expect the response I’ve been getting! So thankyouu for those comments they really mean a lot! And no problem I’m happy to share☺
